To celebrate the opening of their Training, Education & Research Centre at Orchard Farm, Auckley, Doncaster, Amazone will hosting Amatechnica 2019, a technical field day on Wednesday, May 22. Starting with lunch at 12pm, the new facility will be opened by the Dreyer family, owners of the Amazone Group. It will be followed by a packed programme for the day that includes a tour of the new facility, machinery flyby presentations, working demonstrations, visits to the cover crop trials with Agrovista, technical seminars including best spraying practice from Syngenta, the health of farm businesses and soil structure with Philip Wright.
There will be a display celebrating Amazone’s 50 years of sprayer production. This is interspersed with the chance to take a closer look over the new kit from Amazone ahead of Cereals, catch up with industry experts from associated companies that are involved in fertiliser application, precision farming systems and tyre selection as well as sprayer nozzle performance.
